This Returns Policy explains how returns are handled by Studio Unother. It applies to purchases made through www.studiounother.com.

1. Returns Accepted

We accept returns on eligible items in accordance with UK consumer law.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return.

Items must be returned:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • In original packaging where possible

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued for the item price only

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed after approval

Shipping charges (including any upgraded delivery services) are not refunded.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items (where applicable)

  • Items not returned in their original condition

This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at mariel.d.reed@gmail.com with details and photographs where relevant.

In these cases:

  • We will arrange an appropriate solution

  • This may include a replacement, repair, or refund

  • Return shipping costs may be covered where the item is confirmed to be faulty

6. Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us in writing within the 14-day period

  • Return the goods within a further 14 days

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
