This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are shipped from Studio Unother.
At present, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

1. UK Domestic Shipping Only

We currently deliver to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and fragility of each item. Each product is assigned to one of the following shipping tiers, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

Shipping Tier Cost :

Small £3.95
Medium £6.95
Large £8.95
Extra Large £12.95
XXL £18.95

Prices are inclusive of standard packaging materials and handling.

3. How Shipping Is Calculated

Shipping rates take into account:

  • Physical size of the item

  • Weight

  • Fragility and packaging requirements

Where an order contains multiple items, shipping costs may reflect the largest or most fragile item, or require combined packaging.

4. Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Dispatch times do not include weekends or public holidays

  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier and location

5. Delivery Services

We use trusted UK courier services appropriate to the size and fragility of your order.
Tracking details will be provided where available.

6. Local Collection (London)

If you are based in London, local collection may be arranged by prior agreement.

  • Please contact us before purchasing to arrange collection

  • Orders placed without prior arrangement will default to standard shipping

  • Collection details will be confirmed directly once agreed
